Rik Alvarez to attend TFcon Charlotte 2015
J.E “Rik” Alvarez is an author that was formerly the Transformers Creative Manager at Hasbro, as well as a writer and editor with Fun Publications. He is now the founder of newly launched toy company Play With This Too which is currently has a Kickstarter running. At TFcon Charlotte he will be speaking about his work on the Transformers brand.
Richard Newman the voice of Rhinox to attend TFcon Charlotte 2015
TFcon is proud to announce that Richard Newman will now be appearing as a guest at this years convention in Charlotte. Known to Transformers fans as the voice of Rhinox in Beast Wars, Tankor in Beast Machines and Vector Prime in Transformers Cybertron. Mr. Newman will be taking part in Q&A panels and signing for the attendees of the America’s largest fan-run Transformers convention all weekend long.
Garry Chalk unable to attend due to a work conflict
Unfortunately Garry Chalk will no longer be able to join us in Charlotte this year due to a work conflict, but hopes to be invited back in the future. Fortunately for Beast Wars fans we have been able to book another voice actor, that announcement will be up momentarily.
Dan Gilvezan the voice of G1 Bumblebee to attend TFcon Charlotte
We are happy to welcome the voice of the Generation 1 Autobot Bumblebee Dan Gilvezan to TFcon Charlotte. Also known as the voice of Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the 1981 animated series, Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends, he also voiced Goldbug, Hot Spot, Outback, Rollbar, Scamper, Skids and Snapdragon in Transformers Generation 1 and has returned to the character of Bumblebee for the upcoming video game Transformers: Devastation..

Transformers Writer Flint Dille to attend TFcon Charlotte 2015
We are very pleased to announce Flint Dille as a guest at TFcon Charlotte 2015. Flint is a writer and story editor who wrote episodes for numerous Sunbow Productions in the 1980s, including G.I. Joe, Inhumanoids, Visionaries, and The Transformers. As a story editor on the original Transformers cartoon, he was responsible for approving and supervising the writing of scripts, as well as maintaining continuity, and developing the origin of the Transformers. He is also the co-writer of IDW’s The Transformers: Autocracy and its two follow-up series, Monstrosity and Primacy.

We are pleased to announce that Transformers comic book artist Casey Coller will be attending TFcon Charlotte 2015. Casey is known to fans for his work providing variant covers for IDW’s Robots In Disguise and More Than Meets the Eye comics as well as many one-shot issues. TFcon announces 3rd Party Product Panel for TFcon Charlotte
Due to the success of previous years events, TFcon will host the 3rd Party Product Panel at TFcon Charlotte 2015. We have invited 3rd party product manufacturers to once again contribute to a presentation focusing on new information and images of upcoming collector focused toys. We encourage all 3rd party companies to contact us to be involved in this presentation that will have information shared to thousands of fans at the event and then online around the world.
